Common use of Phase II Clause in Contracts

Phase II. The CONSULTANT shall physically re-inspect all bridges in accordance with time frames outlined in APPENDIX C (Schedule) and provide the LPA with one (1) hard copy of draft report and two (2) hard copies of the final report, accompanied by necessary maps, evaluations and recommendations. The CONSULTANT shall submit one (1) copy of the Final Report to ERMS, County Bridge Inspection Reports. The title page of each copy of the revised report shall include the signature, date and seal of the Professional Engineer in charge of the bridge inspection. Revised report and master list composition and preparation shall be in accordance with the requirements of PHASE I along with the following additional information:
