Phase X. XXXX shall perform the Technical Energy Audit, Part A pursuant to the terms of Division 2 of this Contract, and develop the Project Development Plan pursuant to the terms of Division 3 of this Contract. The Project Development Plan shall include, without limitation, preparation of Schedules 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 to Division 3, as well as drafts of Schedules 7, 8, 9, and 10 to Exhibit A.
