Phasing Plan. Landowner may complete the Mixed Use Project in one or more Phases, to be determined by Landowner. Landowner will provide NTIFA with a Phasing Plan for the Project, in conjunction with CC Trust’s and Landowner’s proposed phasing for the Anchor Project, for approval pursuant to Section 2.02 above not later than March 15, 2025, unless extended as provided by Section 8.05 herein.
