Common use of Phasing Plan Clause in Contracts

Phasing Plan. CC Trust may complete, or cause to be completed, the Anchor Project in one or more Phases, to be determined by CC Trust. CC Trust will work with Landowner to provide NTIFA with a Phasing Plan for the Project, to include the proposed phasing for both the Anchor Project and Mixed Use Project, for approval pursuant to Section 2.02 above not later than March 15, 2025, unless extended as provided by Section 8.05 herein.
