  • Balance Inquiries You may use Mobile or Online Banking to check the balances and recent activity of your Accounts. The balance shown may not be your actual available balance. The balance shown may also differ from your records because it may not include deposits in progress, outstanding checks, other withdrawals, payments, charges, or items in process.

  • Submitting Loop Makeup Service Inquiries 2.9.2.1 C.M. may obtain LMU information by submitting a mechanized LMU query or a Manual LMUSI. Mechanized LMUs should be submitted through BellSouth's OSS interfaces.
