Photo and Statement Dissemination. Once an employee has come under investigation or formal charges have been filed against him, no photograph or public statement naming that officer explicitly shall be made available by the Employer to the media prior to a conviction for criminal offense or prior to a decision by the Board of Fire and Police Commission or the courts.
