Common use of Physical Agility Clause in Contracts

Physical Agility. Employee must possess adequate health and physical agility to perform the job and have the ability to safely lift weights as normally required on the job. New employee candidates must pass a Company Health and Physical Agility Pre-employment Review and Examination. Current employees may be required to take such examinations when applying for new positions.
