JOB TITLES. Each occupation into which an employee may be classified is referred to by a Job Title. The Job Title, though indicating as clearly as possible the general nature of the work performed, serves only as a distinguishing reference and is not to be taken as a statement of job content.

JOB TITLES. The following are the job title(s) as established by this Agreement.
JOB TITLES. (a) The Union will represent those Employees who occupy a position in the Employer’s classified service that requires work on a continuous basis for a minimum of twenty (20) hours per week; is classified in one of the jobs listed in (b), below; or whose duties are covered by or similar to the job specifications of these titles. Positions covered under this Agreement will not be eliminated or divided into lesser hours solely to avoid qualifying for union status.

JOB TITLES. Job titles of those working in the bargaining unit are set forth in Appendix A.
JOB TITLES. The Vendor has provided the job titles of those individuals with access to the Data in Exhibit B.
JOB TITLES. The Employer will notify the Union of any change in job title. If the Employer makes any substantial change in job duties it will discuss such changes with the Union prior thereto. If the Employer changes a job title without substantially changing the duties of the job, the Union will retain its existing jurisdiction over the new job title. The Employer will not permanently assign bargaining unit work to the jurisdiction of another bargaining unit without the mutual agreement of the unions involved.
JOB TITLES. 1. The Company agrees to furnish the Union with a list of the employees and their job titles, and to keep the Union informed of any changes therein.

As new products and services are launched, training will be provided to those employees in the bargaining unit who are required to perform the related duties associated with those new products and services. The company will provide all employees with the training where practical. If all employees do not require the training, the company will determine the number of employees who may need the training.
