Physical Performance Sample Clauses

The Physical Performance clause defines the requirement for a party to fulfill its contractual obligations through actual, tangible actions or delivery of goods or services, rather than through monetary compensation or other forms of settlement. In practice, this means that if a contract calls for the construction of a building, the obligated party must physically construct the building as specified, rather than simply paying damages for non-performance. This clause ensures that the intended outcome of the contract is achieved as originally agreed, addressing situations where monetary compensation would not adequately substitute for the promised performance.
