Physical Performance. The Department shall adopt a physical exercise program required for participation by all employees. The Department will provide and maintain exercise equipment for employees to utilize at each Fire Station. Recommendations concerning specific exercise equipment and the particular fitness or exercise program shall be developed by the Physical Fitness Committee.
