Physicals. The driver’s DOT physical examination form shall be returned to the business office by August 15 of the work year in which required. DOT bus driver physicals must be performed at the ▇▇▇▇▇ County Family Medicine facility. The District will set up a direct payment system, where the ▇▇▇▇▇ County Family Medicine Facility will send the DOT physical bills for the District bus drivers directly to the Administration Office, who will then make the payment directly to the clinic.
