Physician Statements. Employees with an illness or disability exceeding three (3) days, shall be required to furnish a statement from his/her physician, notifying the County that the employee is unable to perform his/her duties, and shall be required to present a statement from his/her physician upon his return to work, indicating his/her fitness.
