Picket Lines and Noninterference. A. In the event that a picket line is established and sanctioned by the Union in accordance with 8 AAC 97 and is officially announced by its administrative head, it shall not be a violation of this Agreement nor a cause for discipline if a bargaining unit member refuses to enter upon any property involved in such a primary labor dispute or refuses to go through or work behind such primary lines, including primary picket lines at the Employer's place of operation. The provisions of this paragraph do not apply to those GGU members who are Class One employees, or Class Two employees in the event of an injunction, as described in AS 23.40.
