UNION RECOGNITION AND REPRESENTATION. 3.1 The Employer recognizes the United Food And Commercial Workers International Union Local 1518 as the exclusive bargaining agent for all bargaining unit employees as described in Labour Relations Board Certificate dated December 2nd, 1999 consisting of employees at 0000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx, XX except office and sales staff.

The Employer hereby recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative of all full time and regular part time air traffic control specialists, excluding all other employees, guards and supervisors, employed at the air traffic control towers listed in Appendix 1 to this Agreement, pursuant to the National Labor Relations Act.

The Agency also recognizes the Union as the exclusive bargaining representative of Traffic Management Coordinators/Specialists in terminal and en route facilities and the Air Traffic Control System Command Center (ATCSCC), as certified by the FLRA on May 25, 2000 (Appendix 2), and NOTAM specialists at the ATCSCC, as certified by the FLRA on March 23, 1999 (Appendix 3).
UNION RECOGNITION AND REPRESENTATION. 12.1 All employees shall be required to tender dues and fees uniformly required to be paid by members to the appropriate Union on or before the eighth (8th) day of consecutive or cumulative employment on construction craft work, and remain current throughout the employee’s period of work under the Scope of this Agreement.
