Common use of Picket Lines Clause in Contracts

Picket Lines. The Company shall not require an employee or owner operator covered by this Agreement to cross a legal picket line or to accept any product or goods from any person or employees or owner operators of any person with whom a Union has a legal picket or placard line around or against, or to deliver any product or goods to any person, or employees or any person with whom a Union has a picket or placard line around or against.

Picket Lines. The Company shall not require an employee Employee or owner operator an Owner Operator covered by this Agreement Agreement, or his/her Relief Driver, to cross a legal picket line or to accept any product or goods from any person or employees or owner operators Employees of any person with whom a Union has a legal picket or placard line around or against, or to deliver any product or goods to any person, or employees or Employees of any person with whom a Union has a picket or placard line around or against.
