Pilotage Required. A. All vessels of the Employer, while underway, not under its own power, must be under the direction and control of a pilot, who possesses a pilotage endorsement for the particular waters through which the vessel is being moved. B. Only employees on the Masters eligibility list who possess a pilotage endorsement for the particular waters through which a vessel is moved under its own power shall be authorized or permitted to move the vessel as its Master.‌
