Pings And Other Unsuccessful Interference. Subcontractor is not required to report to Business Associate any attempted but unsuccessful interference with Subcontractor’s information systems, such as pings, pursuant to paragraph 4.f. However, Subcontractor shall document and maintain records of unsuccessful interference so that Subcontractor will be able to provide a report in response to Business Associate’s request.
