Fittings & Fixtures Except those provided by the Promoter, all fitouts to be put-up, erected and installed at or inside the Designated Apartment including the interior decoration shall be done and completed by the Allottee at its own costs and expenses. The Allottee shall be responsible for all consequences, loss of life and property, damages or accidents that may occur due to breach or default on the part of the Allottee while carrying out any fitout or other activity.

The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
