Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair. The NYISO or Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The NYISO or the Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

The Transmission Provider may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the Transmission Provider's Transmission System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the Transmission Provider's Transmission System. The Transmission Provider shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The Transmission Provider shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

The Participating TO or the CAISO may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the CAISO Controlled Grid when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the CAISO Controlled Grid or the Participating TO’s electric system. The Party scheduling the interruption shall provide the Interconnection Customer with (5) five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The Party scheduling the interruption shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer. The Interconnection Customer shall update its planned maintenance schedules in accordance with the CAISO Tariff. The CAISO may request the Interconnection Customer to reschedule its maintenance as necessary to maintain the reliability of the CAISO Controlled Grid in accordance with the CAISO Tariff. Such planned maintenance schedules and updates and changes to such schedules shall be provided by the Interconnection Customer to the Participating TO concurrently with their submittal to the CAISO.

The Distribution Provider may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility from the Distribution Provider's Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the Distribution Provider's Distribution System and/or Transmission System. The Distribution Provider shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The Distribution Provider shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

The Parties understand that any actions the NYISO is authorized to take under this article 3.4.2 are conditioned upon the NYISO’s use of Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

The Utility may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Generating Facility from the Utility’s System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the Utility’s System. The Utility shall make best efforts to provide the Interconnection Customer reasonable notice prior to such interruption. The Utility shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.

The Connecting Transmission Owner may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Small Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Small Generating Facility, the Interconnection Facilities, or the Jointly Owned Interconnection Facilities from the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the New York State Transmission System or Distribution System. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The Connecting Transmission Owner shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer, both in its capacity as the Interconnection Customer, and as the Operational Contact for Erie Wind.

The Public Utility may interrupt interconnection service or curtail the output of the Generating Facility and temporarily disconnect the Generating Facility from the Public Utility's Electric Distribution System when necessary for routine maintenance, construction, and repairs on the Public Utility's Electric Distribution System. The Public Utility shall provide the Interconnection Customer with five (5) Business Days notice prior to such interruption. The Public Utility shall use Reasonable Efforts to coordinate such reduction or temporary disconnection with the Interconnection Customer.
Routine Maintenance, Construction, and Repair. Company shall have the right to disconnect the Facility from the Company EPS when necessary for routine maintenance, construction and repairs on the Company EPS. The Company shall provide the Interconnecting Customer with a minimum of seven calendar days planned outage notification consistent with the Company’s planned outage notification protocols. If the Interconnecting Customer requests disconnection by the Company at the PCC, the Interconnecting Customer will provide a minimum of seven days notice to the Company. Any additional notification requirements will be specified by mutual agreement in the Interconnection Service Agreement. Company shall make an effort to schedule such curtailment or temporary disconnection with Interconnecting Customer.
