Place and Time of Hearings. Except as otherwise may be agreed upon, the Level One grievance hearing wherein the grievant is a teacher or teachers from a single location shall be held at that location. All other hearings shall be held in the District Office. To the extent practicable, grievance hearings shall be held outside of normal working hours to avoid loss of work by District employees. Grievance hearings shall be held in closed session.
