Common use of Place for Payments Clause in Contracts

Place for Payments. All Base Rent, Percentage Rent and other monies required to be paid by Tenant hereunder (collectively referred to herein as "rent") shall be paid to Landlord without deduction or offset, and, except as may be specifically set forth in this Lease without prior notice or demand, in lawful money of the United States of America, at 0000 Xxx Xxxxx Xxxx. Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, 00000 or at such other place as Landlord may, from time to time, designate in writing. If the time for payment of any amount due from Tenant to Landlord is not set forth in this Lease, such amount shall be due within five (5) business days after such amount is billed by Landlord.
