  • Conversion of Live Telephone Exchange Service to Analog 2W Loops The following coordination procedures shall apply to “live” cutovers of VERIZON Customers who are converting their Telephone Exchange Services to SPRINT Telephone Exchange Services provisioned over Analog 2W unbundled Local Loops (“Analog 2W Loops”) to be provided by VERIZON to SPRINT.

  • Notices; Xxxxxxxx’s Physical Address All notices given by Borrower or Lender in connection with this Security Instrument must be in writing.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. Contracting Of- ficer may approve an alternate Scaling site, when Con- tracting Officer determines that Scaling conditions at an alternate site are acceptable.
