Place of Performance; Provision of Offices. The School will provide Manager with necessary and reasonable classroom and office space at 00000 Xxxxx Xx., Xxxxx, XX 00000 (the “Facility”) to perform all services described in this Agreement. Manager will provide instructional, extra-curricular and co-curricular programs at the Facility. Manager may provide other services elsewhere, unless prohibited by the Sponsorship Agreement, or applicable laws and regulations.
Place of Performance; Provision of Offices. K12 will maintain and keep the records and books of the Academy at the Facility or on servers located outside the Facility provided that such records can be accessed at the Facility. K12 may maintain electronic or paper copies of records and provide other services elsewhere, unless prohibited by the Charter, and Applicable Law. K12 recognizes and agrees that, for purposes of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, the Ohio Open Meetings Act, and the Ohio Public Records Act, administrative officials of both the Academy and the Sponsor are school officials with legitimate educational interests for purposes of disclosure of student records maintained by K12 as to Academy students.
