Common use of Place of Posting Clause in Contracts

Place of Posting. The Company hereby appoints and employs the Employee with the Company in India in accordance with the terms and conditions hereof. The Employee shall be posted at Acquia India Pvt. Ltd. 4th floor, Office Xx. 0, Xxxxxxxx - X0, Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra – 411014), with the requirement to travel regionally and internationally as the role requires, provided that at any time during the period of employment, the Company may change the posting of the Employee, at its sole discretion.
