Customary Advertising Material The Loan Parties consent to the publication by the Administrative Agent or any Lender of customary advertising material relating to the transactions contemplated hereby using the name, product photographs, logo or trademark of the Loan Parties.
Users There is no limit to the number of users who can access the Software. You can invite any person You wish to access the Software.
Targeted Advertising Prohibition Operator is prohibited from using or selling Data to (a) market or advertise to students or families/guardians; (b) inform, influence, or enable marketing, advertising, or other commercial efforts by a Operator; (c) develop a profile of a student, family member/guardian or group, for any commercial purpose other than providing the Service to LEA; or
Feedback You have no obligation to provide us with ideas, suggestions, or proposals (“Feedback”). Clients in this context, clients are people who are dependent upon the caring skills and services of the local authority, for example, the elderly, mentally infirm, those with mental or physical impairments. For pediatric vision hardware services, a non-network provider is a provider that has not entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.
