Placement Above Non-Advertisers. When Consumers perform searches in Designated Service Areas and Designated Categories, the profiles of Service Providers who participate in the Advertising Program for those Designated Service Areas and Designated Categories shall be sorted above the profiles of companies who do not participate in the Advertising Program.
