Placement Adjustments. In the event that submission of additional documentation in accordance with Article 400 affects column and/or step placement, the adjustment shall be made retroactive up to the entry on duty date of the then current work year and the total amount of the adjustment shall be pro-rated and reflected on the remaining salary installments for the year.
