Placement of Staff Surplus to Individual Schools. 24.05.01 On or before May 15 the Director of Education or designate shall convene a meeting of the System Staffing Committee, all Principals, and Superintendents of Schools to: • determine the placement of staff surplus to individual school needs; • confirm voluntary transfers of staff that can be accommodated; • initiate Administrative transfers; • confirm which, if any teachers are possibly redundant.
