Placement Testing Clause Samples

The Placement Testing clause establishes the requirement and procedures for assessing an individual's knowledge or skill level before assigning them to a particular course, program, or job role. Typically, this involves administering standardized tests or evaluations to determine the most appropriate starting point for the participant, ensuring they are neither over- nor under-challenged. The core function of this clause is to ensure that individuals are placed in settings that match their abilities, thereby promoting effective learning or job performance and preventing mismatches that could hinder progress.
