Plaintiffs’ Fees and Expenses. 1. Subsequent to reaching an agreement on the substantive terms of the Settlement, counsel for the SLC and Plaintiffs’ Counsel began negotiating attorneys’ fees and expenses, inclusive of expert fees and expenses (“Fees and Expenses”). The amount of such Fees and Expense will either be agreed upon between the SLC and Plaintiffs’ Counsel or set by the Court.

  • Legal Fees and Expenses The parties shall each bear their own expenses, legal fees and other fees incurred in connection with this Agreement.

Nothing in this agreement to arbitrate, however, shall preclude the Company from obtaining injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction prohibiting any ongoing breaches by Executive of this Agreement including, without limitation, violations of Section 9. If any contest or dispute arises between the Company and Executive regarding any provision of this Agreement, the arbitrator may award to the prevailing party, the reasonable attorney fees, costs and expenses incurred by the prevailing party in connection with such contest or dispute.

  • Directors’ Fees and Expenses All compensation of directors, other than those affiliated with the Manager, and all expenses incurred in connection with their service;
