Common use of Plan Area Fee Program Clause in Contracts

Plan Area Fee Program. As more particularly described in Chapter 6 of Volume 1 of the Infrastructure Financing Plan, City shall adopt and implement the Village 1 Plan Area Fee Program (“Plan Area Fee Program”) to finance the costs of excluded or underfunded public facilities and fairly spread the costs thereof to all developing parcels within the Specific Plan area.
