Plan Check Service Provider. The Trustees shall appoint a plan check service provider for the Project from the Trustees’ approved list of such firms. The selected service provider will review the Project Plans and Specifications for adherence to applicable codes and standards, providing an assessment of code compliance to the University Deputy Building Official. The service provider is solely responsible to the Trustees in the provision of these services.
