Plan of Operation. 9.1 The Unit Operator shall submit plans of operation which are consistent with the requirements for a Development and Production Plan as required by the Act, Subpart B of 30 CFR Part 250, and other sections of the regulations. All operations within the unit area shall be conducted in accordance with an approved plan.
