Planned on. call arrangements for full-time and part-time Employees will be: (i) worked according to a written roster of at least 28 days duration; and (ii) posted at least 28 days before it comes into operation in each work location where it can be readily seen by Employees and representatives of the Employees, including the Union, without notice.
