Common use of Planner/Designer Clause in Contracts

Planner/Designer. The planner/ designer shall Perform, including, but not limited to, the following duties: a. Determine how lead-based paint abatement or interim controls should be conducted based on knowledge of building construction. b. Prepare abatement design documents which include abatement specifications, architectural drawings and schematic representations of lead-based paint abatement or interim controls. c. Prepare abatement report detailing project activity.
