Planning Data. Participant shall timely report to ERCOT those items and conditions necessary for ERCOT’s internal planning and compliance with ERCOT’s guidelines in effect from time to time. The information supplied must include, without limitation, the following: (1) Availability Plan for the next day (transmitted to the ERCOT dispatcher by 6:00 a.m. of the preceding day) pertaining to the Black Start Resource’s ability to black start. The information submitted in the Availability Plan will be consistent with the information submitted in the Resource Plan; and (2) Revised Availability Plan reflecting changes in the Plan as soon as reasonably practical, but in no event later than 60 minutes after the event that caused the change.

The information submitted in the Availability Plan will be consistent with the information submitted in the Resource Plan; and
(2) Revised Availability Plan reflecting changes in the hourly availability of Black Start Capacity status as indicated in a revised Availability Plan as soon as reasonably practical, but in no event later than 60 minutes after the event that caused the change.
