Planning for seasonal and annual events. We will ensure that there is sufficient capacity and flexibility in the service to programme in work to deal with leaf fall in autumn and help clean up after significant community events planned during the year. During 2012 this will include preparations and aftermath of the Olympic torch journey through Leeds, other Olympic events that may be held in the community and local events in celebration of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee (e.g. street parties). A forward programme of seasonal and other events will be developed and agreed through Inner North West Environmental Sub-Board.

During 2013/14 this will include the St Georges Day parade in Xxxxxx, Christmas light switch-on events and others. A forward programme of seasonal and other events will be developed and agreed through Outer South Environmental Sub-Board.

  • Assistance by COUNTY STAFF 1.3.1. COUNTY shall assign an appropriate staff member to work with A-E in connection with the work of this CONTRACT. Said staff member's duties will consist of the giving of advice and consultations, assisting A-E in negotiations with other public agencies and private parties, miscellaneous items which in the judgment of A-E or COUNTY's staff warrant attention, and all other duties as may be described in Attachment A.

  • Planning for Future Years (a) Advance Notice. The Funder will give at least 60 Days’ Notice to the HSP of the date by which a Planning Submission, approved by the HSP’s governing body, must be submitted to the Funder.

  • Payment for Services and Work Unless otherwise stipulated, the Contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, supplies, labor, services, water, tools, equipment, light, power, transportation, and other utilities and facilities necessary for the proper execution and completion of the Work.

  • CONTRACTOR RESPONSIBILITY FOR SYSTEM AGENCY’S TERMINATION COSTS If the System Agency terminates the Contract for cause, the Contractor shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Contractor. These costs include, but are not limited to, the costs of procuring a substitute vendor and the cost of any claim or litigation attributable to Contractor’s failure to perform any Work in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

  • Payment for Services Contractor shall exert reasonable and diligent efforts to collect prompt payment from the Commonwealth. Contractor shall pay Subcontractor in proportion to amounts received from the Commonwealth which are attributable to the Services performed by Subcontractor. Contractor shall pay Subcontractor within fourteen (14) days after the Contractor receives such payment from the Commonwealth, unless the parties expressly agree upon a different payment schedule or structure as set forth below: ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________.

  • TERMINATION FOR NON-ADHERENCE OF COUNTY LOBBYIST ORDINANCE The Contractor, and each County Lobbyist or County Lobbying firm as defined in County Code Section 2.160.010 retained by the Contractor, shall fully comply with the County’s Lobbyist Ordinance, County Code Chapter

  • Planning Periods Teachers in secondary schools shall receive not less than 225 minutes of unassigned planning time on a weekly basis and shall be scheduled for one unassigned planning period per day of not less than forty-five (45) consecutive minutes. Neither this provision, nor 8.8 below will apply during times when the normal school schedule must be adjusted during emergencies; or in cases when an individual teacher has requested in writing to teach more than the usual number of periods for teachers in that subject in that school, or in the case of a teacher who volunteers for other school activities during the scheduled unassigned planning period.

  • Grantee Responsibility for System Agency’s Termination Costs If the System Agency terminates the Grant Agreement for cause, the Grantee shall be responsible to the System Agency for all costs incurred by the System Agency and the State of Texas to replace the Grantee.   • Multi-year Planning Targets Schedule A may reflect an allocation for the first Funding Year of this Agreement as well as planning targets for up to two additional years, consistent with the term of this Agreement.
