PLANNING STATUSThe current planning status of the land is: (i) if the land in the Agreement is within a Plan of Subdivision, the Plan of Subdivision IS/IS NOT REGISTERED; and (ii) A building permit for construction of the dwelling IS/IS NOT available for issuance by the municipality after application has been submitted and all municipal review completed.
PLANNING STATUSThe property concerned is subject, among other matters, to the following plans: 7.1.1 Plan HC/25, published and validated in the Official Gazette 3240 on August 22, 1985. According to this plan, the plot is classified as “economic structures” with the following construction directives: Permitted construction percentage : 25% No. stories : 2 7.1.2 Plan MSH/39, published and validated in the Official Gazette 3409 dated December 18, 1996. Purpose of the plan: a. Registration of lands belonging to the Kibbutz Sdot Yam in the Land Registry according to the chart. b. Cancellation and consolidation of existing blocks and parcels and the fresh sub-division thereof in accordance with the existing situation and future developments. c. Establishment of goals and zones. d. Cancellation of existing roads and outlining new roads. e. Cancellation of designated areas.

  • Reporting Status So long as a Purchaser beneficially owns any of the Securities, the Company shall timely file all reports required to be filed with the Commission pursuant to the Exchange Act, and the Company shall not terminate its status as an issuer required to file reports under the Exchange Act even if the Exchange Act or the rules and regulations thereunder would permit such termination.

  • Description of Benefits The benefits available under this Plan will be as defined in Item F(5) of the Adoption Agreement.

  • HHS Single Audit Unit will notify Grantee to complete the Single Audit Determination Form If Grantee fails to complete the form within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of notice, Grantee maybe subject to sanctions and remedies for non-compliance.

  • LEAD WARNING STATEMENT Housing built before 1978 may contain lead-based paint. Lead from paint, paint chips and dust pose health hazards if not managed properly. Lead exposure is especially harmful to young children and pregnant women. Before renting pre-1978 housing, OWNERS must disclose the presence of known lead-based paint hazards in the dwelling. RESIDENTS must also receive a federally approved pamphlet on lead poisoning prevention.

  • Earning Statement The Company will make generally available to its security holders and the Representatives as soon as practicable an earning statement that satisfies the provisions of Section 11(a) of the Securities Act and Rule 158 of the Commission promulgated thereunder covering a period of at least twelve months beginning with the first fiscal quarter of the Company occurring after the “effective date” (as defined in Rule 158) of the Registration Statement.

  • Lien Searches and UCC Termination Statements Delivery to Administrative Agent of (a) the results of a recent search, by a Person satisfactory to Administrative Agent, of all effective UCC financing statements and fixture filings and all judgment and tax lien filings which may have been made with respect to any personal or mixed property of any Loan Party, together with copies of all such filings disclosed by such search, and (b) UCC termination statements duly executed by all applicable Persons for filing in all applicable jurisdictions as may be necessary to terminate any effective UCC financing statements or fixture filings disclosed in such search (other than any such financing statements or fixture filings in respect of Liens permitted to remain outstanding pursuant to the terms of this Agreement).

  • Tax Examinations Abroad 1. A Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the other Contracting Party to enter the territory of the first-mentioned Party to interview individuals and examine records with the written consent of the persons concerned. The competent authority of the second-mentioned Party shall notify the competent authority of the first-mentioned Party of the time and place of the meeting with the individuals concerned. 2. At the request of the competent authority of one Contracting Party, the competent authority of the other Contracting Party may allow representatives of the competent authority of the first-mentioned Party to be present at the appropriate part of a tax examination in the second-mentioned Party. 3. If the request referred to in paragraph 2 is acceded to, the competent authority of the Contracting Party conducting the examination shall, as soon as possible, notify the competent authority of the other Party about the time and place of the examination, the authority or official designated to carry out the examination and the procedures and conditions required by the first-mentioned Party for the conduct of the examination. All decisions with respect to the conduct of the tax examination shall be made by the Party conducting the examination.

The determination letter will provide you with the rationale for our response as well as information on any possible next steps available to you.   • Financing Statement To the extent permitted by applicable law, a carbon, photographic or other reproduction of this Agreement or any financing statement covering the Collateral shall be sufficient as a financing statement.

  • Synopsis and Benefit to Xxxxxxx County The Agreement continues the contractual relationship between the Oregon State Marine Board and Xxxxxxx County through its Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office will be reimbursed for marine law enforcement patrols, boater education, and boat inspections conducted throughout the County.
