PLANS AND PROCEDURES. CONTRACTOR shall monitor its program for compliance with the provisions of this CONTRACT. CONTRACTOR shall also comply with all applicable parts of COUNTY’s WIA Policies and Procedures for recruitment, intake, assessment and referral, copies of which are available from COUNTY’S PROJECT MANAGER.
