Common use of Plans and Specifications for Alterations Clause in Contracts

Plans and Specifications for Alterations. Lessee shall make no Alterations without the prior written approval of the Director. Prior and as a condition precedent to the construction of any Alterations, Lessee shall submit to Director, for Director’s approval, the plans, specifications and other materials described in this Section 5.3 pertaining to such Alterations. All Alterations must be consistent with the Permitted Uses set forth in Article 3 of this Lease.
