PLANS & COVERAGE. Coverage in the specified plans includes no more than 1 of the same type of unit, system or appliance unless otherwise specified or unless additional fees are paid. If no additional coverage is added, the Covered Item is determined at Capital Shield Home Services’ discretion. Certain limitations of liability apply to Covered Items. A. GOLD PLAN Our liability shall not exceed $2000 for air conditioning or heating per Coverage Term and $1000 per item on all other Covered Items per Coverage Term for access, diagnosis, repair and/or replacement. CSHS will pay no more than a combined total of up to $10,000 per Coverage Term for all repairs and/or replacements which could be covered under the terms and conditions of this Agreement unless additional coverage is purchased and listed on the Coverage Summary page. All other Agreement limitations of liability and exclusions apply.

Consultant shall provide the Owner, within ten (10) days after execution of this Agreement, a certificate of insurance evidencing coverage of all subject workers under Oregon’s workers’ compensation statutes. The insurance certificate and policy shall indicate that the policy shall not be terminated by the insurance carrier without thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to City. All agents or Consultants of Consultant shall maintain such insurance.
