Sump Pump foundation drain discharge to the sanitary sewer is allowed from October 1 to March 31. Each spring, on or about April 1, the sump pump/foundation drain system will be inspected by City staff or its designated representative to ensure that prohibited discharges to the sanitary sewer have been removed.
