Plans Subject to COB a. Health plans, programs or policies which may be subject to COB include the following, which will be referred to as “plans” for purposes of this Part: i. any group or non-group health insurance contract, HMO contract, or other forms of group or group-type coverage whether insured or uninsured; ii. medical care components of long-term care contracts such as skilled nursing care, medical benefits under group or individual automobile contracts; and iii. Medicare or any other governmental plan as permitted by law.

  • Subject to Plan The Stock Option and its exercise are subject to the terms and conditions of the Plan, and the terms of the Plan shall control to the extent not otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement. The capitalized terms used herein that are defined in the Plan shall have the same meanings assigned to them in the Plan. The Stock Option is subject to any rules promulgated pursuant to the Plan by the Board or the Committee and communicated to the Participant in writing.
