Common use of Plant Memoranda of Understanding Clause in Contracts

Plant Memoranda of Understanding. (a) Provisions pertaining to matters which are peculiar to a plant because of its physical structure and facilities and, in respect to Ajax Trim Plant, Etobicoke Casting Plant, and Bramalea Assembly Plant only, matters concerning seniority and job opportunity which are in lieu of provisions in this Agreement expressly made inapplicable to any or all of the said plants, shall be negotiated locally in the plants and incorporated into a Plant Memorandum of Understanding.

A Plant Memorandum of Understanding shall be governed by this Agreement, to which it is a supplement. Plant Memorandum of Understanding shall continue in force concurrent with the term of this Agreement and any extension thereof.
