Common use of Plant Memorandum of Understanding Clause in Contracts

Plant Memorandum of Understanding. (a) Provisions pertaining to matters which are peculiar to a plant because of its physical structure and facilities and, in respect to Etobicoke Casting Plant, and Brampton Assembly Plant only, matters concerning seniority and job opportunity which are in lieu of provisions in this Agreement expressly made inapplicable to any or all of the said plants, shall be negotiated locally in the plants and incorporated into a Plant Memorandum of Understanding.
