Common use of Platby Clause in Contracts

Platby. In consideration for the proper performance of the Study by Site in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, payments shall be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in Attachment A, with the last payment being made after the Site completes all its obligations hereunder, and Xxxxxxxxx has received all properly completed CRFs and, if Quintiles requests, all other Confidential Information (as defined below). Zadavatel a/nebo Xxxxxxxxx prohlašují, že v souvislosti se Studií, která je předmětem této Smlouvy, neuzavřeli a neuzavřou bez účasti Zdravotnického zařízení se Zkoušejícím žádnou další smlouvu upravující jejich vzájemná práva a povinnosti.

Zadavatel a/nebo Xxxxxxxxx Quintiles prohlašují, že v souvislosti se Studií, která je předmětem této Smlouvy, neuzavřeli a neuzavřou bez účasti nebo souhlasu Zdravotnického zařízení se Zkoušejícím žádnou další smlouvu upravující jejich vzájemná práva a povinnosti.

Platby. Quintiles undertakes to provide payments to the Institution for fulfillment of this Agreement and timely submission of written invoices from Institution in accordance with Attachment A of this Agreement. Zadavatel a/nebo Xxxxxxxxx prohlašujíOdhadovaná hodnota finančního plnění na základě této Smlouvy bude přibližně 88 739 Kč. Zdravotnické zařízení bere na vědomí a souhlasí, že v souvislosti se Studií, která je předmětem této Smlouvy, neuzavřeli zkoušející bude odměněn na základě samostatné smlouvy uzavřené mezi zkoušejícím a neuzavřou bez účasti Zdravotnického zařízení se Zkoušejícím žádnou další smlouvu upravující jejich vzájemná práva a povinnostizadavatelem.

Rozsah údajů, které je zadavatel povinen zveřejňovat, závisí na platném právním předpisu, oborových kodexech a jeho vlastních směrnicích pro zveřejňování. Zadavatel a/nebo Xxxxxxxxx Quintiles prohlašují, že v souvislosti se Studií, která je předmětem této Smlouvy, neuzavřeli a neuzavřou bez účasti Zdravotnického zařízení se Zkoušejícím žádnou další smlouvu upravující jejich vzájemná práva a povinnosti. The estimated value of financial payment under this Agreement shall be approximately CZK 377 120. Odhadovaná výše finanční odměny podle této smlouvy bude přibližně 377 120 Kč Kč.

The estimated value of financial payment under this Agreement shall be approximately CZK 1 040 468. Předpokládaná hodnota finančního plnění dle této Smlouvy činí přibližně 1 040 468 Kč.

Zadavatel a/nebo Xxxxxxxxx prohlašujíČástky stanovené v Příloze A jsou úplné a konečné a zahrnují veškeré služby, že které bude Místo provádění klinického hodnocení poskytovat v souvislosti se Studií, která je předmětem této Smlouvyvčetně veškerých případných nepřímých nákladů, neuzavřeli daní, poplatků a neuzavřou bez účasti Zdravotnického zařízení se Zkoušejícím žádnou další smlouvu upravující jejich vzájemná práva a povinnostidalších ohodnocení pro Místo provádění klinického hodnocení nebo Studijní tým.
