Common use of Platby Clause in Contracts

Platby. Platby. Quintiles undertakes to provide payments to the Institution for fulfillment of this Agreement and timely submission of written invoices from Institution in accordance with Attachment A of this Agreement. Zdravotnické zařízení bere na vědomí a souhlasí, že Zkoušející a jeho studijní tým budou odměněni zkoušející bude odměněn na základě samostatné smlouvy uzavřené mezi Zkoušejícím zkoušejícím a Zadavatelem. Předpokládaná hodnota finančního plnění dle této Smlouvy činí přibližně 196 358 Kčzadavatelem.
