Common use of Pledge Against Discrimination Clause in Contracts

Section 3.1: The provisions of the Agreement shall be applied equally to all employees in the Bargaining Unit without discrimination as to age, sex, marital status, race, color, creed, national origin, union affiliation, religious affiliation or political affiliation.
