Pledge Procedure and Registration. 4.1 The Pledge under this Agreement shall be recorded in the Register of Shareholders of the Company. 4.3 Pledgors and Pledgee will use their best efforts to take any action required for the completion of the registration of the Pledge, including without limitation, the execution of documents, the payment of filing fees and submission of applications.

To the maximum extent permitted by the PRC laws, the Pledgors and Pledgee will file the application with Administration for Industry and Commerce with competent authority to register the Pledge within the term of this Agreement. 内资公司应在本协议签署之日，在内资公司股东名册中登记质押，并向质权人提供该股东名册。在中国法律最大的许可范围内，出质人和质权人将在本协议期限内向具有权限的工商行政管理机关申请登记质押。
4.3 Pledgors and Pledgee agree to use their best efforts to take any action required for the completion of the registration of the Pledge, including without limitation, the execution of documents, the payment of filing fees and submission of applications. 出质人和质权人将尽其最大努力进行任何完成质押登记所需要的行动，包括但不限于签署文件、支付申报费用及提交申请。
