Domestic Enterprise definition

Domestic Enterprise shall have the meaning as set forth in the Preamble.

Domestic Enterprise means an enterprise incorporated in Ghana and operating outside a free zone;

Examples of Domestic Enterprise in a sentence

• For purpose of this Section 7, the term “Company” shall include the Company, the PRC Subsidiary and Domestic Enterprise, unless wholly inapplicable.

• Neither the HK Subsidiary nor the Domestic Enterprise has any subsidiaries, nor hold or control, directly or indirectly, any interest in any other corporation, partnership, trust, joint venture, association or other entity, or maintain any offices or branches.

• Immediately prior to the Closing, the registered capital of the Domestic Enterprise is RMB300,000.

(“ ”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the PRC, and (v) Shanghai Xxxxx Xxxx Network Co., Ltd. (“ ”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the PRC, and collectively, the “Domestic Enterprises”.
