Pledgor Information. On the date hereof, the correct legal name of the Pledgor, all names and trade names that the Pledgor has used in the last five years, the Pledgor’s jurisdiction of organization and each jurisdiction of organization of the Pledgor over the last five years and the location(s) of the Pledgor’s chief executive office or sole place of business over the last five years are specified on Schedule 3.04.
Pledgor Information. The Pledgor shall not, without providing ten (10) days prior written notice to the Lender (or such lesser period as the Lender may agree), change its name, state of formation or form of organization.
Pledgor Information. The exact legal name of the Pledgor as of the date hereof is as set forth on the signature pages hereto. The Pledgor has not during the five years preceding the date hereof (i) changed its legal name, (ii) changed its state of formation, or (iii) been party to a merger, consolidation or other change in structure.

The Pledgor has not during the five years preceding the Closing Date (i) changed its legal name, (ii) changed its state of formation, or (iii) been party to a merger, consolidation or other change in structure.
Pledgor Information. On the date hereof, (a) the true legal name of each Pledgor as registered in the jurisdiction in which such Pledgor is organized, formed or incorporated is listed in the preamble to this Pledge Agreement; (b) each Pledgor’s state of incorporation, formation or organization, its organization identification number as designated by the state of its incorporation, formation or organization, and its principal place of business (or, if it has more than one place of business, its chief executive office) are as set forth on Schedule 4 to this Pledge Agreement; and (c) each Pledgor is not now, and within five years prior to the date hereof, has not been known by any trade name. Each Pledgor is not now, and within five (5) years prior to the date hereof, has not been known by any legal name different from the one set forth on the signature page hereto, nor, within five (5) years prior to the date hereof, has any Pledgor been the subject of any merger or other corporate reorganization.
Pledgor Information. All of the information set out in Schedule A is accurate and complete. The Pledgor has not, since the date of its formation, (i) changed the jurisdiction of its formation, (ii) changed its name or (iii) become a “new debtor” (as that term is defined in Section 9-102(a)(56) of the UCC).
Pledgor Information. Schedule I attached hereto and made a part hereof sets forth the Pledgor's name as it appears in its official filings in its state of organization, the type of entity of Pledgor, the organizational number issued by the Pledgor's state of organization (or a statement that no such number has been issued) and the Pledgor's state of organization.
Pledgor Information. Pledgor's exact legal name, mailing address, jurisdiction of organization, type of entity, and state issued organizational identification number are as set forth on EXHIBIT A hereto, except as subsequently set forth in any notice delivered to Collateral Agent pursuant to SECTION 6(e) of this Security Agreement.
