PMI Site Visits to LD. Upon the delivery of five (5) days prior written notice, PMI shall have the right to visit the facilities of LD to meet with LD representatives for any purpose whatsoever relating to this Agreement and/or the Development Program, including without limitation status conferences, development updates and oversight of the Development Program.
